Before the show, we all gather in the circle. We talk about the moments throughout the show that we are thankful for. We then separate into cast and A-Staff, pit and tech circles. For example, in the Castie circle, the A-Staff say something meaningful and they all warm up, sing and hug.

 

Here comes the most important part: We join in either the girls or boys circle. Girls have no idea what goes on in the boys circle and boys have no idea what goes on in the girls circle. This is top secret. Shhhh…
