Spring 1993: Anything Goes

Anything Goes takes place on board the steamer S.S. American. The characters are zany, funny and sincere,and the music by Cole Porter includes the title song, "It's De-Lovely," "I Get a Kick out of You," "Easy to Love," and others. Billy, the hero, stows away on ship to convince his lady love, Hope, that she loves him too. He is aided and abetted by Reno, the female night club evangelist, and Moonface Martin, Public Enemy No. 13, who has also stowed away but for more nefarious reasons. After various trials and tribulations, it all ends happily with a grand total of three weddings.
